‘Best Sound Award’, Earth Day Film Festival 2016
Since completing studies in Advanced Music Production at Pulse college in 2012, I have collaborated with award-winning director, Alan Lambert on several productions. A highlight of this relationship was scooping the ‘Best Sound Award’ at Earth Day Film Festival 2016 for his film, Pushtar (2015). A subsequent collaboration, Remat (2023) won ‘Best Experimental Film’ at the World Class Film Awards, Mexico 2024. Each film has presented new challenges as Alan’s approach evolves, making this some of the most rewarding work in my career to date. I am recording dialogue for his current project, Iron Mountain.
Audio for Video
I recorded Dublin band, Bowlegged performing their single, Red Lights. Filmed by award-winning director, Peter McCarthy, the video won ‘Best Emerging Director’ at the IMTV Awards. I have completed further music production work with Peter, most recently on his soon-to-be-released album as music consultant and lead guitarist (September 2026).
Music Education
Due to lockdowns, my work for Music Generation switched to online learning. By combining audio production experience and filming on smartphone and desktop, I created music education videos which were sent to students so they could continue learning from home.
